Systems thinking for AI, automation, agents, and the web.

Writing and thinking about AI, automation, agents, and the systems that hold modern work together.

Focus Areas

What this site covers.

01

AI Systems, Agents & Automation

How AI systems actually get designed. Flows, triggers, pipelines, orchestration, grounding, and agents in real operational context. What works, what breaks, and why the architecture matters more than the tools.

02

Microsoft Ecosystem

Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Foundry. Notes and observations from building inside the Microsoft stack across lean teams and enterprise environments.

03

Web Infrastructure

Modern websites, interfaces, and the systems that tie them to the rest of an operation. Clean builds, thoughtful architecture, infrastructure that stays out of the way.

Approach

How I think.

01 / Foundation

Structure before tooling.

Most problems are not tool problems. The gap is usually between how something should work in theory and how it actually works in reality.

02 / Design

Design shapes behaviour.

Design and systems thinking are not separate. One deals with structure. The other deals with how that structure shows up in use. Both decide whether something actually works.

03 / Refinement

What actually holds up.

A lot sounds good at a distance. The useful part is what still makes sense once real constraints, messy systems, and actual friction get involved.
